But what actually means the competition? About what is your online business opportunity competing? About customers, about the correct customers, about site traffic or about what? There is of course no straight answer, but you will get a guidance, if you look at your business plan.

The higher you are on the result page of a chosen keyword, the better your site will get visitors. Let us say you want your site to get a position in the group of the first three pages on the result page. Is it possible, you ask?

If you market with SEM, you have to make sure the chosen keywords are able to reach high positions on the result pages at the same time.

3. The Toughness Of The Competition Depends On The Marketing Strategy. Think about the different strategy choices and their competitors. The article marketing competes against other articles, PPC competes against other ads, SEM against other sites on the result pages, blog commenting against other commentators and the social media posts against other posts.

But these competitors are the first step ones. The final competition is about the minds of the final consumers. Is your online business opportunity able to persuade the potential customer to buy? Now we start to talk about the contents.
